【Abstract】 Advantages and disadvantages of regulations for a company to obtain its stock is discussed through analyzing other countries’ relevant laws,with regard to repurchase regulations.Advantages are to enlarge self-determination right and promote the circulation of share.Disadvantages are to incline company to capital loss and disturb the order of share markets.Limitations and exceptions for a company to obtain its stock are discussed as well,and suggestions are indicated with regard to the reality of China.更多还原
