【Abstract】 This thesis attempted to make a comprehensive analysis to privacy by studying the professional outcomes of many authors and foreign legislations.It maintains that privacy is essentially self-control on private information or space or relationship and so on and suggests that the right of privacy should be of a kind of personality that protects oneself from invasion,being investigated and disclosed in private life and private information,which is also a defensive right.更多还原
