平衡式变量叶片泵的节能特性
Energy saving of variable displacement balanced vane pump
【摘要】 针对现有液压动力转向系统中转向油泵高转速时泵的无功功率损失过多、汽车燃油消耗增加的问题,设计一种具有速度补偿功能的叶片式转向泵.建立汽车液压助力转向系统的数学模型和汽车液压动力转向系统的Matlab Simulink仿真模型,对平衡式变量叶片泵选择不同的参数进行输出功率特性仿真,并对输出结果进行对比和分析.结果表明,该泵在不同转速条件下的功率输出平稳,可有效降低转向系统的能量损失.
【Abstract】 The paper designed a new vane steering pump with rate compensation so as to prevent the loss of reactive power and the increase of fuel consumption when oil pump turns rapidly in existing hydraulic power steering system.The power mathematical model for the hydraulic power steering of an automobile was established and the Simulink simulation model was proposed.Simulation results show that pump with the floating blocks can provide steady output under different rotational speeds and reduce loss of energy efficiently.
