【摘要】 基于对城市边缘区居住用地演进模式的研究,采用信息熵定量研究城市边缘区居住用地的空间分异性状,并构建相应的改造模式。结果表明,城市边缘区居住用地有其自身的复杂性和多变性,其存在的空间分异可以用信息熵进行度量,基于度量结果,将其分为4种类型。这些类型的土地利用状态呈现不同的特点,根据其特点分别设计相应的模式对其进行低熵化改造,以实现土地高效、合理及可持续利用目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively analyze the residential land use characteristic of spatial heterogeneity based on the analysis of evolvement process of the land use form in urban fringes,and to establish corresponding patterns to readjust the residential land use form.Method of information entropy analysis was employed in this paper.The result shows that:1)Residential land use system in urban fringes is a complicated and macro system with dissipative.The information entropy values are of guiding significance to the spatial heterogeneity of the residential land in urban fringes as they can reflect the form of land use in different regions in a certain period of time.There are 4 types land use forms in the urban fringes of Beijing based on the result of calculating the entropy values of different regions.2)It should take corresponding measures of low entropy transmuting to readjust residential land use form in urban fringes,so as to utilize the land in urban fringes efficiently,and to accelerate the improvement of economy,society and civilization in urban fringes based on the regulation of substantial form and landscape.更多还原
