峰值电流控制软开关电力操作电源的设计
Design of Soft Switching Power Operating Supply based on Peak-Value Current Control
【摘要】 设计了1kW电力操作电源模块,主电路采用移相控制的全桥零电压零电流开关变换电路,整流电路采用倍流整流方式;变换电路所有功率器件都工作在软开关状态,并有较大的软开关范围。控制电路采用电压、电流双闭环控制技术及峰值电流控制模式,并利用最大电流均流法,自动均衡电源模块间输出电流。给出了相应的实验结果。
【Abstract】 A 1kW power operating supply module has been developed,the power stage is realized by employing a phase-shift control full bridge zero-voltage-zero-current-switching(ZVZCS) converter,and a current doubler rectifier is used at the transformer secondary side.All the power semiconductors in the converter are operated at a wide range soft-switching condition.The voltage and current dual close-loop feedback system is adopted and the peak-value current control mode is used.The highest automatic current sharing method is utilized to distribute load current equally among the paralleled modules,and the experiment results are also presented.
