推挽正激式高频环节逆变器研究
Research on a Push-pull Forward Inverter with High Frequency Link
【摘要】 提出了适合于低压输入且实现了电气隔离的推挽正激式高频环节逆变器,并对构成这种逆变器的电路拓扑、SPWM控制策略、稳态原理特性、以及关键电路参数的设计准则进行了深入的分析研究。这种高频环节逆变器由推挽正激DC/DC变换器和DC/AC逆变桥级联而成。其前级采用SPWM控制技术,使后级逆变桥基本上工作于低频开关状态。实验结果表明,该逆变器具有结构简洁,开关损耗低,电气性能好的优点,是中大功率低压输入逆变器的理想拓扑。
【Abstract】 An inverter with high frequency link is proposed in this paper which achieves electrical isolation and suits for low input voltage.The circuit topology,control strategy of SPWM,steady principle property,and design criterions of key circuit parameter of the inverter are deeply investigated.The inverter is constituted of push-pull forward DC-DC converter and DC-AC inverter bridge.The SPWM control strategy is introduced in the former stage,so the later stage DC-AC inverter bridge works at low frequency.The experimental results show that the inverter has advantages of simple construction,low switching losses and it is a novel topology for middle-big power inverter.
