基于双向DC/DC变换器的单级逆变拓扑研究
Research on Single-stage Inverter Topology based on Bi-directional DC/DC Converter
【摘要】 单级式逆变器较传统的两级式逆变器结构简单、所用器件少、成本低、可靠性高,而且减少了同时高频开关工作的器件数目,降低了开关损耗,在中小功率应用场合具有明显的优势。本文提出一类新的隔离型单级逆变电路拓扑,它由两个双向DC/DC隔离变换器电路组合而成,包括Flyback、隔离Cuk、隔离Sepic 3种类型。对这类单级隔离逆变电路的工作原理及控制策略进行了理论和仿真分析研究,并在100VA 27VDC/115V400Hz单级式反激逆变器样机上进行了实验验证。实验结果与仿真结果一致,验证了该类电路和控制方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional two-stage inverter,the single-stage isolated inverter is superior in the use of medium and small power field.Its structure is greatly simplified as well as the circuit components are reduced a lot,so the switching loss is decreased.This paper proposes three novel isolated single-stage inverters,composed by two bi-directional DC/DC converters,including three kinds of Flyback,isolated Cuk and isolated Sepic.In this paper,the basic operation principles and the instantaneous voltage control scheme are analyzed,and the simulations of the inverter are given.Finally,the experimental results verify the feasibility of the 100VA 27VDC/115V 400Hz single-stage isolated Flyback inverter.
