聚合物驱替液的抗盐保黏试验研究
Bench-Scale Research on Salt-Resistant and Viscosity-Stable Property of Produced Fluid in Polymer Flooding
【摘要】 由于聚合物的抗盐能力较差,在较高矿化度配聚水和较高矿化度地层条件下,聚合物溶液的黏度难以保持,影响了聚合物驱的波及能力和驱替效果。采用一种具有螯合作用的聚合物增稠保黏剂,在配聚时加入,可提高聚合物驱替液的抗盐能力,使聚合物溶液在较高矿化度的地层条件下,黏度也可得到保持,从而使波及能力和驱替效果得以保证。
【Abstract】 Conventional Polymer(i.e.,HPAM) has a poor salt-resistance capacity.If water is prepared with the higher salinity for water flooding and the salinity is higher in the formation,the viscosity of polymer is usually not easy to be kept,resulting in a poor sweep efficiency and displacing effect.This paper proposes a novel polymer thickening and viscosity stabilizing agent having a strong chelation.When the prepared polymer is injected into the formation,the salt-resistance capacity of the polymer displacing fluid is improved,while the viscosity of polymer solution is constant even under the formation with higher salinity.Thus,it maintains the sweep efficiency and displacing effect of the polymer.
