基于CRM的煤矿水灾害救治流程改善问题研究
Study on Improving the Rescuing Coal Mine Flooding Process Based on CRM
【摘要】 对我国现有的煤矿水灾害救治流程进行了分析,并应用CRM的思想对流程进行了改善,提出了建立灾情互动中心和基于CRM煤矿水灾害救治信息系统,并以煤矿水灾害的防治为主,降低煤矿水灾害发生的概率,同时也提高灾情的反应能力和救治效率。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the existing rescuing coal mine process in China and applying the ideas of customer relationship management,this paper improves the process.The coal mine flooding interaction center and the rescuing coal mine flooding information system based on CRM are established.In the improving process,it gives priority to guarding against coal mine flooding and reducing the probability of coal mine flooding.At the same time,the response capability of coal mine flooding and rescuing efficiency are enhanced.
