【摘要】 结合我国企业动态联盟的现状,提出了企业动态联盟伙伴选择的评价指标体系,将动态联盟的伙伴评价指标分解为企业资源状态、企业经营状态、企业管理水平、企业地理位置、售后服务和企业文化融合六个分指标,并将每个分指标细化为若干下级指标。考虑到动态联盟伙伴评价过程中的不确定性,引入了基于可信度的不确定推理方法。运用这种评价方法,可以方便地得出动态联盟伙伴评价的量化指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the reality of dynamic alliance in China, the partner appraisement index system is established. The partner appraisement indexes are classified into several subindexes: enterprise resource, operation status, management level, geographical location, service, and enterprise culture, each subindex can be subdivided further. A new method for partner appraisement in dynamic alliance based on certainty factor is introduced to consider the uncertainty of appraisement. This method provides a useful solution for evaluating alliance partner effectively and efficiently.更多还原
