激光熔覆修复铜合金零件的工艺研究
Technological Research on Repairing the Damaged Copper Alloy Parts by Use of Laser Cladding
【摘要】 研究了铜合金表面激光熔覆修复工艺和熔覆层组织。结果表明,采用优化的激光功率和扫描速度,可在黄铜基体表面熔覆与基体呈冶金结合、无裂纹的锡青铜合金修复涂层;其熔覆层组织具有快速凝固特征,熔覆层从下到上分别为细小胞状晶、粗大树枝晶、细小枝晶和胞状晶组织。
【Abstract】 The craft and microstructure of laser cladding on copper alloy surface were studied.The result indicated that a non-crack tin bronze coating which has a metallurgy union with the substrate was obtained on the brass substrate by using the optimal laser power and scanning velocity.And the clad coating has a character of rapid solidification structure.The distribution of the structure is fine butcher shape crystal,thick branch crystal,thin branch crystal and butcher shape crystal from the bottom to the top of the cladding coating.
