薄板结构焊接变形数值模拟及其应用
Bucking distortion prediction model and application in welded thin plate
【摘要】 提出了基于固有应变对接薄板失稳分析的基本方程。通过将固有应变等效为焊缝及热影响区的热载荷,可以进行线性失稳分析确定临界载荷,然后采用非线性失稳分析确定失稳变形的大小。对不同焊接工艺条件下的低碳钢薄板对接焊变形进行了研究,比较了数值分析与实验测量结果,并且数值计算考虑了薄板不平整度的影响。最后,使用该简化方法对有加强筋板分段结构的焊接变形进行预测。研究表明,基于固有应变等效载荷的失稳变形计算方法是简单、有效的。
【Abstract】 In this paper,buckling of thin plate due to butt weld is investigated using inherent strain method as an equivalent load. The inherent strain is compared to a thermal load applied at the weld region.Firstly,a linear buckling analysis is performed to determine if the buckling occurs or not,then a nonlinear buckling analysis is used to prediction of welding distortion of thin plate.Welding distortion of carbon steel thin plate in butt joints on different welding conditions is investigated.Numerical analysis results are compared with those of the measuring results.The effect of the initial imperfection on the critical buckling load is studied by numerical simulation.Finally,the method is used to welding distortion prediction of a stiffened panel frequently applied in the ship building.It can be concluded that buckling distortion prediction using inherent strain as an equivalent load is a simple and valid method.
