汽车车架支座及焊接接头的有限元分析

【摘要】 汽车车架是汽车结构的重要组成部分,实际行驶中车架上的某些焊接部位常常发生开裂现象,严重影响汽车行驶的安全性。对某型越野车车架支座及焊接接头进行了有限元分析,考虑到焊缝强度和焊接咬边的影响,研究了车架支座受静载荷作用下的应力应变分布和焊缝强度对焊接接头应力应变分布的影响,找到了结构的薄弱位置,指出焊缝强度高匹配对改善焊接接头应力应变分布有利,为合理制定焊接工艺提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Car frame is an important part of automobile structures.Fracture of some welded positions in the frame may occur during running,thus give an influence on service safety of the car.Finite element analysis of bracket structure for a all-terrain vehicle frame was conducted in this paper.In the analysis effect of weld strength and weld undercut were included.The stress/strain distribution was investigated under condition of static loading and different weld strength,and weaken location was founded.It is indicated that weld strength overmatching will be in favor of improving distribution of stress/strain.Thus,the result will provide an effective reference for determining welding technology.
