焊接环境下电磁场的检测及安全评估
Measurement and safety assessment of electromagnetic fields from welding process
【摘要】 焊接过程产生的电磁场对操作人员健康的影响已得到日益广泛的关注。为建立符合我国国情的焊接操作人员电磁防护与安全的相关标准,开展了对弧焊与点焊作业现场电磁场的测量试验。分析了国际非电离辐射防护委员会(ICNIRP)提出的低频电磁场安全限值以及电磁生物效应,并在此基础上对焊接作业现场的电磁环境进行了安全性评估。评估结果表明,在较多的焊接作业场合电磁辐射量超过了目前国际相关安全标准。该结果对建立焊接行业电磁安全标准具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The adverse influence has had broad attention regarding the exposure of welders to the risks arising from electromagnetic fields from welding process.To establish the standardization for welder exposure to electromagnetic fields and safety evaluation,EMF measurements experiment were carried out for arc and resistance welding.By analyzing the reference levels and biological effects from the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection(ICNIRP) guidelines,safety assessment of EMF was worked out effectively.The results of experiment show that the reference value is exceeded in many cases.
