离心机永磁轴承仿真系统自动化建模研究与实现
Research and Realization on Automation Modeling of the Centrifuge Permanent Magnetic Bearing Simulation System
【摘要】 根据离心机转子系统的工作原理,用一种新型的永磁轴承替代传统的滚动轴承.在离心机磁轴承试验仿真系统的结构模块中,采用尺寸驱动的方法,利用VB语言,对三维软件SolidWorks进行二次开发,永磁轴承的模型可以通过用户界面操作自动建立.这对永磁轴承的推广应用、系列化开发具有重要的意义.
【Abstract】 According to the action principle of rotor system in centrifuge,the traditional rolling bearings are replaced with one kind of new permanent magnetic bearing.In the centrifuge permanent magnetic bearing experiment simulation system structure module,the size actuation method is used and the three dimensional software SolidWorks is re-developed with the VB language,the permanent magnetic bearing model may be established automatically through the user interface operation.It has signification to extending the application and seriation of permanent magnetic bearing.
