一种新型电弧加热器电源系统特性分析

【摘要】 电弧加热器是一种能够产生高温的热源设备,通过它可将空气加热到5000~10000℃,用以模拟航空、航天器在穿越地球大气层过程中所承受的高温、高压外部环境,在航空、航天事业中起着重要作用。本文通过对两种典型电弧加热器电源—饱和电抗器和晶闸管调压整流电源系统特性的比较和研究,认为基于晶闸管调压整流的新型电源在电弧稳定性,控制精度和响应速度等方面具有更大的优势,试验结果表明晶闸管调压整流电源能够很好地满足电弧加热器对电源特性的要求。

【Abstract】 The arc heater is a heating device which can produce the high-enthalpy stream to heat the air to 5000~10000 ℃. It is adopted to simulate the high temperature and high pressure of the exterior environment on the aerospace vehicles while they fly through the aerosphere, which plays an important role in the spaceflight project. This paper introduces two kinds of power supply system for arc heaters, which use saturated reactor and thyristors respectively. Comparing the characteristic of the two power supply systems, the latter is more advanced in the stability of arc, precision of control, rapidity of response and so on. The experiment results show that the power supply utilizing thyristors can fully satisfy the requirement of arc heaters.
