高频脉冲方波局部放电特征参量比较的研究
Study on the Comparison of Characteristic Parameters of Partial Discharge under a Sequence of High-Frequency Square Voltage
【摘要】 局部放电是导致变频电机绝缘过早损坏的主要原因之一。本文研究了在高频脉冲方波条件下,脉冲方波幅值和温度的变化对局部放电特征参量的影响。对相同外界条件下的脉冲方波局部放电特征参量与工频局部放电特征参量进行了对比分析,结果表明高频脉冲方波局部放电对绝缘材料的破坏性远大于工频局部放电的破坏性。
【Abstract】 Partial discharge (PD) under a Sequence of high-frequency impulse is one of key factors which lead to premature failure of inverter-fed motors. In this paper,some parameters of PD is statisticed based on measurement results. Influence of impulse voltage and temperature on parameters of PD is discussed separately. The comparison of characteristic parameters of partial discharge under square with alternating current (AC) under the same condition are also discussed,it shows that destructive effect of PD under square is far more than under AC. They benefit for studying the destructive effect of PD on insulation under a sequence of high-frequency impulse.
