基于RSD的脉冲放电系统主回路仿真与试验
Main Circuit Simulation and Experiment of Pulse Discharge System Based on RSD
【摘要】 研究了基于RSD开关的脉冲放电主回路,应用ATPDraw软件仿真了不同主电容、主电压、负载电阻条件下的输出电流波形,并在测试平台上进行了相应的开通试验。试验研究了不同叠片片数和不同主电压下磁开关的输出电压波形,为其配合RSD使用、保证合适延迟时间提供了依据。进行了直径40mm的RSD管芯极限通流试验,200μs脉宽下获得峰值电流42kA,与经验公式吻合。计算和试验结果都反映了RSD开通电压随峰值电流增大而增大的趋势。
【Abstract】 The pulse discharge main circuit based on reversely switched dynistor (RSD) is studied in this paper. The output current waveforms at different main capacitance, main voltage and load resistance are simulated by ATPDraw and the relevant turn-on experiments are carried out on the test platform. The output voltage waveforms of magnetic switch at different number and main voltage are studied by experiments, which provide reference for its application and ensuring a proper delay time. The utmost current experiment of RSD with diameter 40mm is done and the peak current 42kA is acquired at pulse width 200μs, which agrees with the experiential formula. Both the calculated and experimental results show the trend that the turn-on voltage of RSD increases with the peak current.
