不对称正弦波逆变电源的过零失真现象
Wave Distortion With Zero Passage in Asymmetry Sine Wave Inverter
【摘要】 运用SPWM控制技术研制了一台用于微弧氧化工艺研究的不对称正弦波逆变电源,针对输出波形中存在的过零失真现象,详细分析了调制波的抬升电压、死区时间以及电感续流对输出波形过零失真造成的影响,并给出了相应的抑制措施。实验结果表明,应用这些措施后有效地抑制了输出波形的过零失真,使输出波形十分接近理想波形。
【Abstract】 An asymmetry sine wave inverter with SPWM control technique is developed,which is used in the research of micro-plasma oxidation. The disadvantage impacts engendered by the uplift voltage of the modulation wave,dead-time and inductor continuous flow on zero distortion of the output voltage waveform are analyzed in detail,and the measures of suppression are presented. The results of experiment show that the application of these measures can suppress effectively the zero-crossing distortion of the output waveform, which also make the output wavefrom be close to ideal waveform.
