基于d-q轴解耦和中点电位控制的高性能三电平NPC整流器控制方法

【摘要】 首先建立了基于开关函数的三电平中点钳位(NPC)电压型整流器的数学模型,分析了它的工作原理。提出了一种基于d-q轴解耦和中点电位控制的高性能三电平中点钳位PWM整流器控制方法。该方法具有电流控制精度高,能够实现有功电流和无功电流的无差调节的优点,并且通过设计中点电位控制器,能够有效抑制由外部扰动和调制方法造成的中点电位的直流和低频脉动。通过系统的仿真和实验,验证了该数学模型的正确性,以及该控制方法的优异性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the mathematical model of three-level neutral-point-clamped (NPC) voltage source rectifier (VSR) using switching functions is founded firstly, and its operating principle is analyzed. Then a high performance control method with d-q axis decoupling and neutral point voltage control for the PWM rectifier is presented. The method exhibits high control precision of AC current. With the PI controller, zero error control of active and reactive current of the converter can be achieved. Also, by designing neutral point potential controller, this method can solve effectively the problem that the neutral point potential of DC-link has DC and triple-harmonic fluctuation resulting from external disturbance and existing three-level SPWM method. Simulation and experimental results confirm the validity of the mathematical model and good performance of the proposed control strategy.
