【摘要】 目的用不同的抗原检测免疫犬后的血清,判定所引起的IgG变化和有无与其他虫种的交叉反应。方法在用原头节可溶性粗抗原和EgM家族重组表达蛋白对犬的免疫保护实验中,以原头节可溶性粗抗原、细粒棘球绦虫成虫可溶性粗抗原和多头绦虫可溶性粗抗原包被检测时,通过间接ELISA的方法检测其中的特异性抗体IgG的变化规律及与多头绦虫抗原有无交叉反应。结果原头节可溶性粗抗原检测出相对应免疫组实验犬IgG应答变化情况,同时用细粒棘球绦虫成虫包被抗原亦检测出IgG存在一定差异,但不十分明显,与多头绦虫无交叉反应。检测EgM重组蛋白免疫组IgG时它们存在一定差异,但不十分明显。结论原头节可溶性粗抗原免疫组通过ELISA的方法较为准确地检测出其IgG的应答情况;EgM重组蛋白免疫组的抗体检测仍需进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective IgG was tested with different antigens in vaccinated dogs to observe the cross reaction to other taenia.Methods In immune experiment by using soluble antigen of Echinococcus granulosus protoscoleces(PSCs) and EgM family recombinant protein(EgM) to vaccinate dogs,ELISA was taken to test the levels of special IgG with coated antigen of PSCs,the worm of adult Echinococcus granulosus(E.g) and Multiceps multiceps(M.m).ELISA was also performed to observe the cross reaction with M.m.Results In PSC groups,PSCs can detect the levels of IgG response.At the same time the coated antigen of E.g can also detect the levels of IgG that it was not obvious.There was no cross reaction with the coated antigen of M.m.There were certain differences in experimental groups of EgM but that was not obvious.Conclusions The coated antigen of PSCs can exactly detect the levels of responsive IgG in PSC groups,but the detection of antibody in the EgM groups need a further research.更多还原
