【摘要】 目的测定河北省鼠疫自然疫源地2002～2003年动物间鼠疫流行期间分离到的鼠疫菌的毒力强弱。方法实验动物选用小白鼠。选取5株具有代表性的菌株,即:200201,200202,200204,200213和200302,注射方法采用皮下注射。结果经过试验,200201的毒力较强,LD50为107个菌,200213毒力较弱,LD50为31620个菌。结论河北省鼠疫自然疫源地病原菌毒力属于中等毒力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the virulence of Yersinia pestis isolated from plague natural foci in Hebei Province during 2002-2003.Methods The mice were selected to be test animals.Five strains of typical Y.pestis,such as 00201,200202,200204,200213 and 200302,were subcutaneously injected.Results The test showed that the virulence of Y.pestis 200201 was the strongest with LD50 of 107 cfu.Strain 200213 is less virulent with LD50 of 31620 cfu.Conclutions The virulence of Y.pestis from plague nature foci is moderate.更多还原
