热层合板壳的横向应力分析——算法及软件实现
Transverse Thermo-Mechanical Stress Analysis of Thermal Lamina——The Arithmetic and Programming
【摘要】 要在航天飞行器设计中更好地应用复合材料热层合结构,需要对横向应力进行准确分析。介绍了基于层合板一阶剪切变形理论的横向应力简化算法及其在有限元ANSYS软件基础上的二次开发和实现。算例结果显示,所设计的专用计算分析软件可用于相关结构的分析和设计。
【Abstract】 It is important for the composite structure more widen used in aerospace design to efficiently predict the distribution of the transverse thermo-mechanical stress of the laminated plates and shells.The present paper focus on the extend-FSDT(the first shear deformation theory)and form it as a computer software based on the further application of ANSYS.The example results show that the method and the computer software designed in the paper are useful for engineers with design of composite structure.
