【摘要】 本文在总结以石油、煤炭和天然气为主体的非再生能源供给安全的主要影响因素的基础上,建立了一套基于生产能力、储量条件、进口水平和消费状况的指标评价体系,通过采集2004年的统计数据,运用模糊综合评判法,对中国、美国与俄罗斯三个国家的非再生能源安全状况进行了比较与评价。研究结果表明,在三个国家中,非再生能源供给安全程度最高的国家是俄罗斯,其次是美国,中国最低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the main influential factors of the security of non-regeneration energy supply such as oil,coal,natural gas and other energies,this paper establishes an index evaluation system including throughput,reserves condition,level of imports and consumption state,and compares the security of non-regeneration supply about China,the United states and Russia by a compound ambiguous evaluation on the basis of the statistics of 2004.The result indicates that,for the three countries,Russia possesses the highest security of non-regeneration energy supply,the next is America,and China has the lowest security.更多还原
