火箭炮高能电池盖体的化学抛光工艺
Chemical polishing technics for high energy battery cover on rocket gun
【摘要】 介绍了火箭炮高能电池盖体的前处理工艺流程、脱膜溶液配方和化学抛光工艺规范。确定使用H2SO4、HCl和少量HNO3在60~70°C条件下进行脱膜,在H3PO4、HCl和HNO3组成的化学抛光溶液中进行抛光,可以保证电池盖板材料和导流柱白色光亮,玻璃无损。该工艺达到用户对零件的品质要求。
【Abstract】 The pretreatment process flows of high energy battery cover on rocket gun, formula of stripping solution and technics criterion of chemical polishing were introduced. Battery cover materials and diversion pillar present white and bright appearance, and the glasses is in good condition when stripping in temperature range of 60 °C to 70 °C, using H2SO4, HCl and small amount of HNO3, and polishing in a solution containing H3PO4, HCl and HNO3. This technics can meet the quality requirements of parts from users.
