机械镀锌用锌粉的选择
Choice of zinc powder for mechanical plating
【摘要】 阐述了机械镀锌层的结构特征,是由金属锌组成的不均连均质体系。锌粉按粒径大小可分为普通锌粉、细锌粉和超细锌粉,按形状可分为球状锌粉、片状锌粉和不规则形状锌粉。分析了锌粉的粒径、颗粒形状、金属锌含量对机械镀锌层的影响。试验得出,超细混合锌粉是机械镀锌工艺较好的选择。
【Abstract】 Structure characters of mechanical zinc plating were described which is a discontinuous and homogeneous system composed of zinc.The zinc powders are classified as ordinary,fine and ultra-fine according to the grain diameter and spherical,lamellar and irregular according to the grain shape.The influences of grain diameter,grain shape and zinc content of zinc powder on mechanical zinc plating were analyzed.The test results show that the ultra-fine mixed zinc powder is the optimal choice for mechanical plating.
