【Abstract】 During recent years, learning environment based on Internet has turned into the direct impetus to transform learning mode. Learning via internet becomes welcome, but it also brings new problems to learners and instructional institutions. To solve these problems, the authors expect blending learning to bring some new train of thought about curriculum design and development for educational institutions.In order to improve the effectiveness of blending learning, different learning modes that can give learners personal education values should be focused on, and the learning experience should be continuous and discrepant.
