烧结温度对LiMn2O4结构和性能的影响
Influence of the sintering temperature on the structure and performance of LiMn2O4
【摘要】 采用己二酸辅助溶胶-凝胶法在350~900℃制备了一系列LiMn2O4样品。运用SEM和XRD分析技术研究了不同烧结温度对LiMn2O4结构的影响。结果表明:烧结温度对LiMn2O4正极材料的晶相结构、电化学性能有显著影响,LiMn2O4正极材料晶粒的生成和长大的控制步骤为其合成的温度,材料合成的最佳温度为800℃。在800℃条件下合成的LiMn2O4具有较高的电化学活性和较好的晶相结构,首次放电比容量超过130mAh·g-1,40次循环后,放电容量保持率仍在85%以上。高温合成有利于提高LiMn2O4正极材料的放电容量,低温合成有利于提高其循环性能。
【Abstract】 A series of LiMn2O4 positive electrode materials were prepared by ad ipic acid-assisted sol-gel method at 350~900℃.The effects of different synth esis temperatures on structure of LiMn2O4 sample were investigated by XRD and SE M respectively. The results showed that the sintering temperature had significan t effects on the crystal structure,electrochemical performance of LiMn2O4 posit ive electrode materials,and the dominating factors of the formation and growth of the crystalline particles were its synthesis temperature,and synthesis tempe rature of 800℃was optimal. LiMn2O4 sintered at 800℃had better electrochemical activity and good crystal structure. The discharge capacity of initial cycle for LiMn2O4 samples was more than 130 mAh·g-1; the capacity retention after 40 cy cles exceeded 85%of the initial discharge capacity. It was propitious to improv e discharge capacity of LiMn2O4 cathode materials at high synthesis temperature and increase its cycle performance at low synthesis temperature.
