【摘要】 东北亚交通物流体系的构建与完善对东北亚地区的经济合作及经济发展意义重大。目前,包含铁路、公路、海运、航空、管道等主要运输网络的东北亚交通物流体系已基本建成。但是,东北亚交通物流体系仍存在交通基础设施落后、物流设施发展不平衡、交通物流布局不合理、交通物流通道瓶颈限制、非经济因素障碍等问题。因此,应加强东北亚交通物流合作,以经济一体化为动力,从"分建共用"到"共建分有"、"共建共有",最终实现交通物流政策一体化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment and improvement of Northeast Asian transport system is of great importance to the economic cooperation and development of Northeast Asian region.At present,Northeast Asian transport system which is mainly composed of railway,highway,navigation,aviation,and pipeline networks has already been set up.However,it still shows many problems,for example,the basic transport establishment is far from perfect,logistic establishment develops unbalancedly,the distribution of transport networks is incompetent,there are still many choke points in the transport system,and there exists some non-economic factors which set back transport cooperation among countries and regions of Northeast Asia.Therefore,Northeast Asian transport cooperation should be strengthened.Taking economic integration as the motive force,Northeast Asian countries and regions may set up transport networks separately and make use of them together at the beginning,then build transport networks together but possess them separately,and then construct transport network together and possess them together,and finally realize integration of transport policies.更多还原
