二正丁基锡羧酸酯的合成、晶体结构及杀菌活性研究
Synthesis,crystal structure and antibacterial activity of new di-n-butyl tin carboxylate
【摘要】 在苯溶液中,将2-苯甲酰基苯甲酸与二正丁基氧化锡进行脱水反应,获得新型二正丁基锡羧酸酯.采用元素分析1、H NMR和红外及晶体结构测定等手段对其进行了结构表征.结果表明:4个Sn原子均为五配位,构成以Sn原子为中心的扭曲三角双锥构型,3个双锡氧环构成具有对称二聚体结构;中心环[Sn2O2]通过O原子与两个环外Sn原子相连,双齿配体羧基的两个O原子分别与环内和环外Sn原子配位,每个环外Sn原子还与羧基形成单齿配位.并采用扩散法研究了其杀菌活性.
【Abstract】 The compound was synthesized by the reactions of di-n-butyl tin oxide and 2-benzoylbenzoic acid with azeotropic removal of water in the solvents of benzene.The compound was characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR, FT-IR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal structure reveals that all tin ions are pent-coordinated with distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometries.The central Sn2O2 square unit is linked to two external tin ions via bidentate carboxylate ligands and oxygen atoms,exhibiting three distannoxane rings.The geometries of two external tin ions are further completed by two mono-dentate carboxylate ligands.The tin atom geometries are similar and are based on a trigonal bipyramidal arrangement.The antibacterial activity of compound was preliminary studied.
