【摘要】 在大型水库的预报调度工作中,预报历史和近期预报值误差较大的洪水时,难以把握计算精度,使得洪水预报结果误差偏大,洪水调度难度增加。本文采用洪水分类预报方法,将洪水根据其成因不同进行分类,用不同的预报模型或动态优选预报参数进行洪水预报,提高了水库洪水预报的整体精度和时效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the condition of large error for forecasting hystorical and short-term flood in the forecast and the operation of big reservoir,the calculation of precision is diffcult,the error of flood forecast is large,the difficulty of flood operation is increased.The paper adopts the classification forecast method of flood,the flood is classified according to flood different cause,the flood is forecasted with different forecast models and dynamic forecast parameters,the precision and the effectiveness of flood forecast are raised.更多还原
