【摘要】 文章论述了高等学校后勤改革的原因和改革思路,并对七年来高等学校后勤社会化改革进行了回顾,指出了现有的改革只实现了企业化,而没有实现市场化,高等学校和后勤企业实质上依然是隶属关系,因此,效率的提高是有限的。预测高等学校后勤改革的发展方向是“做大”和“做小”,建议不同的高等学校采取不同的发展策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text has discussed the causes and thoughts of reformation in University logistics in China, and also reviewed the process of the socialization of college and university logistics in recent seven years. It is pointed that present transformations have made become an enterprise, but it doesnt really go to market, and actually the university logistics is still subordinated to the University. Therefore, the improvement of efficiency is little. It is suggested that various schools adopt different strategy of development on decision of whether to enlarge or to shrink the scale in the direction of University logistics developing.更多还原
