三峡左岸电站500kV线路保护应用中的问题及改进
Some Problems and Improvements of 500 kV Line Protection of Three Gorges Left Bank Hydropower Station
【摘要】 主要介绍三峡左岸电站500 kV输电线路保护装置在运行期间逐步暴露出的一些程序逻辑、通信、接线方面的问题,包括三龙线误发跳闸令、光纤不匹配、分脉冲对时和三江线零序极性、三万线保护载波通道开入/开出电源等问题,以及经相应的分析后程序、接线等方面的改进措施。
【Abstract】 The problems concerning program logic,communication and connection found during the operation of 500 kV line protection devices of the Three Gorges Left Bank Hydropower Station are described,including miss-tripping of the Sanlong Line,unmatching of the optical fibers,per-minute pulse synchronization,zero-sequence polarity of the Sanjiang Line,the input/output power supply of the Sanwan Line protection carrier wave channel,etc.Corresponding improvements for programming and connection are proposed.
