关于油雾润滑中油雾浓度的影响因素分析
Influencing Factors on Oil-Mist Concentration During Atomized Lubrication
【摘要】 通过对雾化装置进油管口的流动过程进行流体力学特性分析,并以此为基础建立了油雾浓度的数学模型,经理论分析获得了影响油雾浓度的主要影响因素,即介质温度与喉部压力等.并通过实验测试获得了这些影响因素的数据并绘制出实验结果曲线,结果表明:润滑油温度在50~60℃、气温在60~80℃时雾化效果最好;空气压力在180~240 kPa之间最佳.
【Abstract】 The characteristics of lubricant flow were discussed hydromechanically at the inlet of an atomizer,then the mathematical models were developed for the oil-mist concentration.It was found through theoretical analysis that the influencing factors on oil-mist concentration are mainly the lubricant temperature and venturi throat pressure.The data relevant to the influencing factors were obtained from testings with relationship curves plotted.The results showed that the best atomizing effect is found under the conditions that the lubricant temperature is 50~60℃,air temperature 60~80℃ and air pressure 180~240kPa.
