小鼠乳腺发育、泌乳和退化的组织形态学(Ⅰ)——一般组织形态学变化

【摘要】 文章研究小鼠乳腺发育、泌乳和退化的一般组织形态学变化,为产奶动物泌乳生物学与乳腺功能调控奠定实验基础。将小鼠青春期、妊娠期、泌乳期和退化期乳腺,制成石蜡切片用HE染色方法在普通光镜下进行组织结构观察。结果发现,在性成熟前或两个泌乳期之间的乳腺静止期,乳腺内主要是结缔组织、分散的输出导管和一些萎缩、塌陷的腺泡或实心的细胞索,腺泡及小导管均为单层立方上皮;性成熟后,乳腺分泌部和导管都开始发育,特别是妊娠期乳腺组织发育尤为迅速,结缔组织包绕在腺泡周围和小叶间;分娩后进入泌乳期,乳腺处于全面活跃状态,泌乳后期乳腺停止泌乳活动,结缔组织和脂肪组织增殖;退化期或老龄后乳腺腺组织及导管退化,被结缔组织和脂肪取代;小鼠青春期、妊娠期、泌乳期和退化期乳腺组织结构呈现有规律的周期性变化。

【Abstract】 The changes of common histomorphology of mice mammary gland during virgin,pregnant,lactation and involution were studied to lay the groundwork for lactation biology and regulation of mammary gland function.The mammary gland tissue from various stages was made to paraffin section and hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining,and the tissue structure was observed under common microscope.During the period before sexual maturation and stationary phase of mammary gland,the primary tissues were connective tissue,scattered output ducts,atrophied gland alveoluses and stuffed cell cables.The gland alveolus and condulet were simple cuboidal epithelium.After sexual maturation,secretory portion and duct began to develop,especially during the gestation period.Under the influence of progesterone,glandular tissue developed rapidly and gland alveolus and lobule were surrounded by interstitial substance.During the lactation,the mammary gland was full of activity.The later period of lactation,gland tissue got smaller,the lactation stopped and turned to stationary phase.During involution and the old age,the tissue of the mammary gland began to regress and replaced by the connective tissue and fat.The tissue structure of mice mammary gland during virgin,pregnant,lactation and involution showed regular periodical change.
