【摘要】 政府信息资源再利用是指政府部门以外的个人、法律实体对政府信息资源的商业性或非商业性的使用,信息初产生时的使用除外。它是欧美各国进行政府信息资源开发利用的重要模式。本文首先探讨了政府信息资源再利用的内涵,进而介绍了美国、欧盟两种不同的政府信息资源再利用模式,最后结合我国政府信息资源开发利用的现状,提出了推进我国政府信息资源再利用的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Re-use of government information re-sources refers to the use by persons or legal entities of government information resources held by governmental departments,for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than the initial purpose within the public task for which government information resources were produced,which is an important model for exploitation of government information resources in the Europe and U.S..Firstly,the author defines the term of"re-use of government informa-tion resources",and then introduces two different models of re-use of government information resources in the Eu-ropean Union and U.S.,lastly the author puts forward some policy suggestions about how to impel the develop-ment of re-use of government information resources in China.更多还原
