【摘要】 [目的]探讨糖尿病合并高血压对血脂及心脑血管疾病发生的影响.[方法]将172例门诊2型糖尿病患者,按是否合并高血压分为糖尿病合并高血压组和单纯糖尿病组,每组各为86人.研究各组间血脂水平及心脑血管疾病的发生情况,进行统计分析.[结果]两组间血脂水平存在显著差异,表现为糖尿病合并高血压组总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白明显高于单纯糖尿病组;两组间心脑血管疾病发生率也有显著性差异,表现为糖尿病合并高血压组心脑血管疾病发生率明显高于单纯糖尿病组.[结论]糖尿病合并高血压会加重脂代谢紊乱及心脑血管疾病的发生.更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the influence of the diabetes with hypertension on lipid metabolism and the cerebrovascular disease(CVD),as well as the cardiovascular disease(CD).[Methods]172 diabetic outpatients were divided into hypertension group(n=86) and non-hypertension group(n=86).The levels of plasma Lipid and the incidence of CVD and CD were measured.The results were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with non-hypertension group,in hypertension group the plasma levels of Lipid(TG,TC,LDL) significantly increased(P<0.05) except HDL(P>0.05).The incidence of CVD and CD in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in non-hypertension group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Hyperglycemia and hypertension Caused more disorder in the lipid metabolism and the incidence of CVD and CD became highter in the diabetic patients with hypertension.更多还原
