二元掺杂LiMn2O4正极材料的研究

【摘要】 采用高温固相法合成了二元掺杂的锂离子电池正极材料LiMxM’yMn2-x-yO4(M=Al,Ni,Co;M’=La,Sm;x=0.01,0.02,0.08;y=0.01,0.02)。使用XRD和SEM分析了正极材料的结构和形貌,结果表明:材料具有良好的尖晶石型结构,颗粒分布均匀;充放电测试表明:掺杂不同元素对LiMn2O4电化学性能影响很大;相对其他正极材料,LiCo0.08La0.02Mn1.90O4在3.0~4.3 V电压区间内具有最好的电化学性能,首次放电比容量达120 mAh/g,50次循环后的放电比容量为109 mAh/g,容量衰减率为7%。

【Abstract】 The LiMxM’yMn2-x-yO4(M= Al,Ni,Co;M’=La,Sm;x=0.01,0.02,0.08;y=0.01,0.02)cathode materials for Li-ion battery doped with two elements were synthesized by high temperature solid-state method.The structure and morphology of cathode materials were studied by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the materials had good spinel structure,the particle sizes were uniformly distributed.The charge-discharge test showed the electrochemistry performance had great difference among the materials doped with different elements.LiCo0.08La0.02Mn1.90O4 had the best performance compared with the others in the range of 3.0~4.3 V.The initial specific discharge capacity reached 120 mAh/g,and the specific discharge capacity was 109 mAh/g after 50 cycles,and the capacity fading rate was 7%.
