正极材料LiMn0.5-xCo0.5-xNi2xO2的性能研究
Study on the performance of LiMn0.5-xCo0.5-xNi2xO2 cathode materials
【摘要】 采用液相共沉淀法合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiMn0.5-xCo0.5-xNi2xO2(2x=0、0.1、0.2、0.5和0.7)。用XRD、循环伏安、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、恒流充放电测试研究了材料的晶体结构和电化学性能。结果显示:随着Ni含量的增加,材料的层状结构越来越明显,Li+的嵌入越来越容易,比容量呈线性增长。当放电倍率小于1C时,材料表现出良好的放电性能。在0.1C倍率下放电时,LiMn0.5-xCo0.25Ni0.5O2的首次放电比容量为125.8 mAh/g;50~100次循环内的比容量基本保持不变。
【Abstract】 LiMn0.5-xCo0.5-xNi2xO2(2x=0,0.1,0.2,0.5,0.7) cathode materials for Li-ion battery were synthesized by liquid co-precipitated method.The crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the material were studied by XRD,cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The results showed that when the Ni content increased,the layered structure of the material became more and more obvious,the insertion of Li+ was easier and the specific capacity increased linearly.When the discharge rate was less than 1 C,the material showed good discharge performance.The initial specific discharge capacity of LiMn0.5-xCo0.25Ni0.5O2 was 125.8 mAh/g at 0.1 C and its specific capacity kept steady from the 50th cycle to the 100th cycle.
