TFP阻燃剂在锂离子电池中的应用

【摘要】 为了提高锂离子电池的安全性,合成了阻燃剂三氟乙氧基磷酸酯(TFP),讨论了TFP含量对1.0 mol/L LiPF6/EC+DMC(体积比1∶1)电解液的可燃性和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:电解液的可燃性和电导率随着TFP含量的增大而降低;当TFP含量大于8.0%时,电解液不可燃。TFP含量为10.0%时,电解液的电导率由10.21 mS/cm(不含TFP)降至8.79 mS/cm(20℃);添加TFP对电解液的分解电压没有影响。当TFP含量为5.0%和10.0%时,Li/LiCoO2半电池的最高放电容量由126 mAh/g(不含TFP)分别增加到145 mAh/g和129 mAh/g。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the safety performance of Li-ion battery,tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxyl)phosphate(TFP) flame retardant was synthesized.The effects of the TFP content on the flammability and electrochemical performance of 1.0 mol/L LiPF6/EC+DMC(1∶1,V/V) electrolyte were discussed.The results showed that the flammability and the conductivity of the electrolyte decreased with the increasing of the TFP content.When the TFP content was above 8.0%,the electrolyte was nonflammable.When the TFP content was 10.0%,the conductivity of the electrolyte decreased from 10.21 mS/cm(no TFP) to 8.79 mS/cm(20 ℃).The decomposition voltage of the electrolyte was not effected by adding TFP.The maximal discharge capacity of Li/LiCoO2 half cell increased from 126 mAh/g(no TFP) to 145 mAh/g and 129 mAh/g when the TFP content was 5.0% and 10.0%,respectively.
