【摘要】 目的:研究熊胆开明片降眼压作用。方法:取日本大耳白兔26只,分4组,第1组为空白组,第2、3组分别以0.6、0.4g/kg熊胆开明片浸膏灌胃给药,第4组为阳性对照组,以0.23g/kg乙酰唑胺灌胃给药。1周后,给20%氯化钠溶液,制成低眼压模型,测兔眼压恢复到正常值所用时间,以此为指标研究熊胆开明片对眼压的调节。结果:第2、3组与第4组具有同等作用,其眼压恢复的平均时间分别为168.33、194.29、195.00min,其维持低眼压时间均比第1组长,具有显著性差异。结论:熊胆开明片能延长氯化钠所致低眼压的维持时间,对原发性高眼压具有降压作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the lowering eye pressure function of ursine gallbladder clear-eyed tablet(UGCET).Methods:To take the 26 Japanese flap-eared white rabbits,which was divided into 4 groups,namely,group 1(blank group),group 2(group taken 0.6g·kg(-1) UGCET Extract by giving into stomach),group 3(group taken 0.4g·kg(-1) UGCET Extract by giving into stomach) ,and group 4(Masculine control group taken 0.23g·kg(-1) Diamox by giving into stomach).1 week later,the low eye pressure model was caused by taken again 20% sodium chloride solution,and measure the used time that their eye pressure recover,using that as target and making use of the low eye pressure model method ofanimals and experiments of primary high eye pressure,to study the regulation of UGCET on the eye pressure.Results:Groups 2-3 have the same function as group 4 and their eye pressure recovering mean time are respective 168.33min,194.29min and 195min,as are longer than that of group 1 and there are marked difference.Conclusion:UGCET can prolong the lasting time of the low eye pressure caused by sodium chloride and has the lowering eye pressure function of primary high eye pressure.更多还原
