【Abstract】 In China,criminal activities of counterfeit,infringement and piracy are rampant day by day,thus severely disturb market order and obstacle foreign trade.Public security organs,as an important department of pen- alty law enforcement,are in charge of protecting intellectual property according to laws and regulations.But for subjective and objective factors such as lack of related criminal laws about intellectual property and restriction of the organs themselves,the legal protection of intellectual property in China can hardly be practically effective.There- fore,the countermeasures need to be explored.更多还原
