典型铺设角度UHMWPE/LDPE复合材料的声发射特性比较
A comparison of acoustic emission characteristics in typical ply stacking angle of UHMWPE/LDPE composites
【摘要】 采用声发射技术,通过测定声发射事件数—幅度、声发射能量—幅度参数关联图,对几种典型纤维铺设角度(0°、10°、45°、90°)的UHMWPE/LDPE复合材料拉伸断裂过程中的损伤类型及特征进行了分析和比较。实验结果表明:纤维的铺设角度决定了材料的拉伸强度,不同的铺设角度对应着不同的损伤破坏过程和声发射特征。
【Abstract】 Acoustic emission technique is used to analyze and compare the damaged types and characteristics for several typical ply stacking angle(0°、10°、45°、90°) of UHMWPE/LDPE composites in the process of tensile rupture by Hits-Amplitude、Energy-Amplitude relational graphs of acoustic emission signal.The results showed that intensity of the composites was determined by the ply stacking angle of fiber,different ply stacking angle was corresponding to different damaged process and acoustic emission characteristics.
