【Abstract】 The sizing function of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in the process of needle punching synthetic leather was discussed and its influence on the interrelated process of artificial leather was analyzed. There are two process used for studying. They are “the back sea dissolution” and“the before sea dissolution”. The influence of polyvinyl alcohol concentration on the base-cloth sizing rate and the influence of base-cloth sizing rate on the losing weight rate,the breaking strength (MD, CD), the breathability,the bending rigidity of artificial leather were analyzed.更多还原
