丝素/壳聚糖共混膜性能测定及制备配方探讨
Preparation of Silk Fibroin-Chitosan Blend Membrane and its Property Mensuration
【摘要】 为改善丝素膜的性能,试验选择丝素与壳聚糖混配比例、烘干温度、戊二醛及甘油浓度四因素,采用L32(8×48)正交设计方案,制备丝素与壳聚糖复合膜。检测结果表明,共混膜的溶胀度为43.00%~248.94%,热水溶失率为43.06%~64.56%,透汽率在36.82%~55.39%之间,初始模量、相对断裂强度和相对断裂伸长分别在6.35~68.80 N/mm,30.85~67.83 N/mm和28.05~230.47范围内;经红外光谱分析知,丝素与壳聚糖只是物理混合,两者处于相容状态。初步选定制备丝素/壳聚糖共混膜的较优组合条件为:丝素质量分数70%或55%、烘干温度40℃,戊二醛和甘油的体积分数均为0.3%。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the property of silk fibroin membrane,by utilizing of orthogonal design of L32(8×48)the blending experiments of silk fibroin with chitosan were carried out.And the effects of different conditions including concentration,temperature and pH etc. on the property of blend membrane were studied.The results showed that swelling rate ranged between 43.00% and 248.94%,water solubility ranged between 43.06% and 64.56%,while breathe freely rate ranged from 36.81% and 55.39%,and modulus,relative break strength and relative break strain were from 6.35 to 68.80 N/mm,30.85 to 67.83 N/mm and 28.05 to 230.47,respectively.Analysis by infrared spectrum indicated that silk fibroin and chitosan were physically blended and compatible with each other.The preliminary optimized combine conditions of composite were confirmed as follows: silk fibroin content is 70% or 55%,temperature is 40℃,concentrations both of glutaraldehyde and glycerol are 0.3%.
