电控柴油机ECU软件设计及应用
Software Design of Electronically Control Unit Pump Diesel Engine ECU
【摘要】 在发动机电控单元(ECU)的“V”开发模式下,完成了电控单体泵柴油机ECU的控制策略算法功能设计和硬件在环仿真。设计了发动机的起动、怠速、智能功率、减速断油和跛行回家等柴油机运行控制策略。对开发的控制策略算法进行了离线仿真,并实现了控制策略程序的自动产品代码生成。在自主开发的ECU硬件在环仿真平台上验证了控制算法的正确性,所设计的ECU软件在电控单体泵柴油机上得到了成功应用。
【Abstract】 Under the "V" developing pattern for engine electronically-controlled-unit(ECU),control strategy’s function and algorithm design and off-line simulation for electronically controlled unit pump diesel engine are successfully fulfilled.Control strategy for engine running control such as starting,idling,smart power output,decrease fuel cut off,limp home and over-speed protection are designed.Production code generation and off-line simulation are successfully realized.Base on the self-development simulation platform,the validity of the control strategy’s algorithm is testified and applied to the diesel engine.
