【摘要】 目的探讨适合治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的微创治疗方法及临床应用效果。方法自2002年5月~2005年12月对45例60~88岁的老年股骨转子间骨折使用闭合复位,Orthofix V型转子间外固定支架固定。结果45例全都得到随访,平均随访时间14个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间15周,根据Sanders髋关节创伤后功能评定标准进行髋关节功能评分,优良率89%。结论V型外固定支架治疗老年股骨转子间骨折具有手术时间短、操作简便、快捷、固定牢固、创伤小、住院时间短、易于取出、可早期活动和并发症低、临床应用效果优良等诸多优点,是值得推荐的一种微创治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss a minimal invasive method and clinical result in treating the intertrochanteric fractures of the old people. Methods From 2002 to 2005,45 aged people with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with the Orthofix Pertrochanteric V type External Fixator.Results Forty-five cases were followed,and the mean follow-up time was 14 months.All fractures healed in a mean time of 15 weeks.The hip function was evaluated with Sanders post-trauma Criteria,and the excellent and good rate was 89%.Conclusion For its advantages of reduced operating time,simple procedure,minimal blood loss,early movement and low complication,satisfactory clinical results;the Orthofix V type external fixator was a good minimal invasive method in treating the intertrochanteric fractures of the old aged.更多还原
