【Abstract】 Using KOH as softening fluid,the silkworm eggs were soften with the concentration gradient of KOH and the softening time gradient,and the best softening time and concentration were explored based on the succession ratio of the paraffin section.It was found that using 10%KOH and softening 5min is the best condition to receive high succession ratio of the paraffin section.更多还原
