【Abstract】 Countermeasure study aims at a special problem to comprehensive analyze,demonstrate,compare optimize and choose,finally to put forward the strategy of resolving problem.It can be divided as macroscopical countermeasures study,namely strategic study;moderate countermeasures study,namely policy study;microcosmic countermeasures study namely,project study.In a general way,a successful countermeasures study must include the processes: cognition,method and writing.更多还原
