【摘要】 本文报道了滇丁香繁殖试验结果。1.种子繁殖于3月上旬以湿沙为基质播种,可获得80—90%的发芽率;2.种子保存以风干低温瓶装贮藏为好,保存一年后种子萌发率仍可达77.5%以上;3.种子萌发最适温度为18—250C,此时发芽率达91%以上;4.扦插繁殖于7—8月份采顶部枝条作插穗,以湿沙为基质,成活率仅为33.33%,但如以IAA处理,成活率可提高到80%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The result of the Luculia pinceana reproduction test has been reported in this article.1.take the wet sand as the matrix,the germination percentage of seed may obtain 80—90%;2.the seed is air-dry and bottled of the low temperature the seed sprouting rate can reach above 77.5% after preserved for a year;3.germination rate reaches above 91% in 18—20℃,which is the optimum temperature of the seed sprouting;4.picking a crown and inserting it to wet sand,the survival rate of the division reproduces is only 33.33%,but make it by the IAA processing,the survival rate may enhance to above 80%.更多还原
